Thugz Get Lonely Too (Original Version) is an unreleased recording by 2Pac produced by Stretch during the summer of 1993. Recorded during the early Thug Life sessions, the song is considered one of the most sought-after recordings from 2Pac's unreleased catalogue and differs significantly from the version eventually released on Loyal To The Game in 2004.

The original recording features Rated R and Macadoshis performing the chorus and presents a much longer arrangement, including an extended spoken intro and outro. Stretch's soulful production gives the song a reflective atmosphere, allowing 2Pac to explore loneliness, relationships and the emotional cost of street life from a perspective rarely heard in his music.
