Overview
Murderahh! / Heartless Promo (TB535) is one of the original promotional multi format singles issued by Tommy Boy Records to support Live Squad's debut commercial single. Distributed to DJs, radio stations and music industry contacts, the release showcased multiple mixes of Murderahh! and Heartless before and alongside the commercial CD and cassette editions.
For the Live Squad archive, TB535 represents one of the earliest promotional releases dedicated entirely to the group. It captures the original Tommy Boy campaign for Live Squad and preserves several exclusive mixes and instrumentals that were aimed primarily at club and radio play.
Although a second promotional pressing was issued as catalogue number TB551, TB535 remains a separate promotional release with its own catalogue number and should be documented independently.
