Overview
Murderahh! / Heartless is the debut commercial single by Live Squad, released by Tommy Boy Records on 14 July 1992. Issued on compact disc and maxi cassette, the release introduced the group to a national audience following the growing profile of Stretch and Majesty within the New York hip-hop scene.
The single features multiple mixes of Murderahh! and Heartless, showcasing the dark, sample-heavy production style that became synonymous with Live Squad during the early 1990s.
Although the single received promotional support through separate vinyl promo releases, the commercial editions were only issued on CD and cassette. Today they remain among the most desirable original Live Squad releases.
